UK Delivery – Virtual Yarns

UK Delivery Information

Virtual Yarns is based in Scotland. We deliver within the UK using the Royal Mail First Class Package service, which usually takes 2-4 days from sending.

We send packages out between Monday and Friday, we do not post on Saturday. Our yarn is hand skeined and we custom make our kits and yarn packs to order. So if you order yarn, a kit or a yarn pack it will be picked, skeined and packed especially for you.

We aim to process orders within a 4 working day period.

This scale reflects the fact that larger orders will weigh more and will go in separate boxes. All of our UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Shipping times within the UK are 2-4 days on average.

Cancellations & Returns

Customers have a statutory right to cancel their order up to 14 CALENDAR DAYS after their order is delivered. Customers must inform Virtual Yarns Ltd by email of their intention to cancel. The customer then has a further 14 CALENDAR DAYS to return the order. For any digital product such as a Creative Course or Project Class the content must not be accessed or downloaded within the refund period. Once the content is accessed or downloaded the return period is waived.

Returned goods must be in unused condition. The amount paid for the goods will be refunded upon receipt of the returned package. The outward and return postage will be paid for by the customer, unless the goods are faulty, in which case the postage will be refunded by Virtual Yarns Ltd.
