The delivery address that you give must be the FULL mailing address that you use in your country’s national mail service. PLEASE CHECK THAT YOU GIVE US THE CORRECT DELIVERY NAME AND ADDRESS. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with the correct address for delivery. If the address is incorrect and the goods are returned to us, postal charges will be applied in order to re-send the goods to the correct address.

We aim to dispatch your order within 4 working days of our receiving it.

We are located in the UK. Customs officials in countries outside the UK may levy VAT/taxes or handling/duty charges on incoming packages. Payment of any such charges is the responsibility of the recipient of the package and not Virtual Yarns Ltd. If the recipient refuses to pay such charges then the package will be returned to us and it may attract further charges on entering Britain. If a package is returned to us due to customer refusal to pay import charges, then a refund will be given for the cost of the goods minus any charges incurred by Virtual Yarns Ltd when the package returns through British Customs.
