Information for Customers in the USA
We are open to orders shipped to the USA. We are using the Royal Mail PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) service so that you can prepay your customs/tariffs/handling at point of sale. You can see your total outlay in your basket before you buy. As your package is being sent via a PDDP method there will be no further charge from customs in your own country after you checkout on our website.
Your shopping cart will show your US Customs Tariff & Duty rate. It will say (estimated for the United States) underneath the heading because our website is using your address to estimate that you are going to choose a shipping address in the USA. The customs/tariff payment total is not estimated.
Update for European Union Customers: We have resumed shipping to France, Germany and Sweden. Information for Customers in the European Union and Norway
(This does not affect customers outside the European Union with the exception of Norway, we are shipping to the UK and Rest of World as usual)
Due to new European Union EPR regulations we must temporarily suspend shipping to all EU countries and Norway with the exception of France, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands. Registration for France, Germany and Sweden is complete and we have resumed sending to those countries. We are waiting for our EPR registration in the Netherlands to be processed and we will resume shipping as soon as we have our registration number. We will keep you informed on this as time goes on.
